Goals

1. Preserve and enhance the use of the Occoquan River for both commercial and recreational purposes.

2. Enhance the safety of all users of the Occoquan through educational and informational programs.

3. Preserve the beauty and environmental vitality of the Occoquan through voluntary activities.

4. Coordinate events to enhance the responsible recreational use of the Occoquan in cooperation with the resident Yacht Clubs of the Occoquan, other Recreational Boating Organizations, and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
